Welcome to our racing team
In 2008 we did pretty well. We won the PSCA 8.60 Superstreet Class Championship. Won the 2008 Super Chevy at Fontana Event. Won the second time out in the PSCA Open Comp Class. The quickest allowed is 8.50 so we are usually chasing everyone.
For 2009 we have one a 8.60 PSCA Event, a PSCA Open Comp Event and are currently 3rd in points in both categories. Talk about hot lapping.
Our next event will be Labor Day weekend at LVMS running two classes at the same event. Good thing we have a Meziere water pump and a Gary's Radiator high efficency radiator.
Cutting Edge Motorsports was formed by Doug Spencer and Rick Jaeger. Since it's inception, CEM has been all about racing america's finest sports car, THE CORVETTE. We currently have a 96 ZR1 Corvette with a 605" Chevrolet with Pontiac Big Chief Heads. Dyno'd at 1172 HP
Still in work is Rick Jaeger's C4 Corvette currently in the paint shop. Looks like it will be a bracket car unless we can get some squeeze on it.
